Callaway HX Hot Bite Recycled Golf Balls (36 Pack) Review

Description is accurate, you get a lot of different balls (i had mostly Titlest balls) and the colors go anywhere from white to like an egg offwhite, none with significant damage. It is noted in the box that the balls have a clear coat added. Some appear to be dirty, others have markings on them left by previous users. I got 3 extra balls in my bag, which is cool, but with shipping added it's not really an awesome deal.

I have purchased used balls from Amazon previosly and been pleased with the overall quality.This purchase was marked AAA, but fell short in a few catagories. Although most of the balls are AAA quality, some had excessive wear and there was one XXX ball included in the shipment. There are approximately 27 - 28 acceptable balls in this shipment.

Callaway HX Hot Recycled Golf Balls (36 Pack) Review

The golf balls arrived in a plastic egg-like carton.They were all in excellent condition.However, on closer inspection, 4 of the 36 balls were a different Callaway model than HX Hot.They included 4 CX3 Hot models, which are a much cheaper (and under-performing) model which can be purchased new at discount stores such as WalMart very imexpensively.So all in all, it's still a great buy, but be aware that you may not receive a full count of the balls you expected to receive.

Callaway HX Hot Plus Golf Balls Review

For my game this is the best ball going for the money.I'm sure there are some with better feel around the green, and there are probably some that are longer, but at my current 14 handicap, this ball goes plenty far, holds up well (although they do scuff on occasion), and is as playable as any I've played.

I would highly recommend this ball for any mid handicapper that is at all price conscious.
